Hi , Please I need a comment and a question for the pot below.The historical event that has effected me and everyone else in this country is the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11,2001. This historical event has been fourteen years now and it seems just like it was yesterday. I remember getting home from work that morning and turning on the television just in time to see the towers collapsing. I wasn’t sure what was happening at that point, the news thought it was an accident by the pilot. Then minutes later the second plain crashed. At that point people were terrified and running in all directions. All of my local fire departments headed to NYC with out a second thought. I don’t think any fire company thought twice about what they needed to do. It is amazing how the country pulls together during an emergency. There were many people that risk their lives and died to help others. The terrorist attack on American did catch everyone off guard and caused our country to build up a huge defense team against terrorist.
